We are looking for

Experienced Office Manager to join the Suridata team in our Ramat Gan office. In your role, you'll own all the day-to-day aspects of our work environment, lead company-wide activities and manage operations, finance, legal and HR administration.

The ultimate candidate

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day activities in our office.
Supporting the recruitment processes: scheduling interviews and receiving new employees (ordering laptops, establishing payroll, etc.).
Finance administration including bills and invoices.
Coordinate travel activities abroad
Create various reports for managers and investors
Vendors management - search and negotiate with potential external suppliers related to the office (IT, office supplies, groceries, insurances)
Drive and own company events i.e. happy hours, fun days, etc.

Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in startup environment
Professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Attention to detail and problem - solving skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
High proficiency in English
