We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our team. As a Data Engineer in Suridata, you will be collaborating with both the research and product development teams in implementing Machine Learning solutions to solve real world challenges over massive datasets. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the research and product development teams in implementing ML solutions to tackle real world data challenges
Design, develop, test and deploy machine learning pipelines from prototypes to production-grade code
Participate in the full product lifecycle, designing and implementing requirements from idea to production

Job Requirements:

High level Python, and strong programming skills
Good knowledge of statistics, ML algorithms and metrics
Experience working with data science libraries such as pandas and scikit-learn
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience setting up machine learning pipelines on cloud environments
Great communication skills, self-managed and a team player

Preferred requirements:

Experience working with large datasets, solving real-world challenges
Familiarity with NLP concepts and frameworks
Familiarity with a DL frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
Experience using virtualization tools (e.g., VirtualBox, Docker)
Experience designing and developing micro-services and distributed applications
Experience in AWS cloud environment
